GRIMWIRE Actual provides public gaming and technology content, live-stream information, community links, optional accounts and developing channel or community tools. Features may be added, changed, suspended or discontinued as the network develops.
You are responsible for information submitted through your account and for maintaining the security of your sign-in methods. You must not share access in a way that compromises the service. Connecting Google, YouTube or another platform is optional, and you may revoke that connection through the relevant provider. You authorize GRIMWIRE to access permitted data only to provide the connected feature.
Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, evade security controls, scrape or overload systems, introduce malicious code, impersonate others, infringe rights, harass people or use GRIMWIRE services for unlawful activity. Automated use requires prior permission unless a feature expressly allows it.
When participating in GRIMWIRE community spaces, contribute in good faith and follow the rules of the platform and community. GRIMWIRE may moderate, restrict or remove access to protect members, the service or third parties. Decisions may account for safety, repeated disruption, abuse and platform requirements.
GRIMWIRE branding, original text, graphics, site design, videos and other original materials are owned by GRIMWIRE Actual or used with permission. You may view and share links to public content for personal, non-commercial use. These Terms do not grant permission to reproduce branding, sell GRIMWIRE content, create misleading affiliations or remove ownership notices.
You retain ownership of content you submit. By submitting content for display, publication or community participation, you grant GRIMWIRE a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce and display it only as needed to operate, promote and improve the relevant service. You represent that you have the rights needed to submit it.
The site links to and may integrate services including YouTube, Google, Discord, Fourthwall, Ko-fi and social platforms. Purchases, contributions, payments, shipping, account access and platform activity may be governed by those providers. GRIMWIRE is not responsible for third-party services, availability, content or policies.
Merchandise purchases and voluntary contributions are processed by the provider identified at checkout. Prices, taxes, shipping, returns, refunds and payment handling are subject to that provider's checkout terms. Contributions do not purchase control over GRIMWIRE editorial, moderation or product decisions unless a specific written offer says otherwise.
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. GRIMWIRE does not promise uninterrupted access, error-free operation, permanent availability of any feature or that third-party information will always be complete or current. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GRIMWIRE Actual and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or loss of data, revenue, profits, goodwill or opportunity arising from use of the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the minimum amount permitted by applicable law.
You may stop using the service at any time. GRIMWIRE may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, service integrity or a violation of these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including ownership, disclaimers and liability limits—will continue to apply.
These Terms may be updated as the service develops. Material changes will be posted here with a revised effective date. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. Questions about these Terms can be sent through the official GRIMWIRE Discord network.
